For real people: fuck this fading epidemic on most weeks. I have no patience left for needing to constantly check nimenhuuto a couple of hours before 19.00 every single tuesday just to see if this week people suddenly choose not to participate. Something needs to change. If you are unsure, don't put yourselves in and then out.

Here's two suggestions in no particular order:
- We move away from nimenhuuto (or at least complement it) to something that is more flexible and has notifications etc., a telegram group with polls for example
- We have a minimum amount of players (seems to be 8) that NEEDS to be IN before a set time (12.00 on Tuesdays for example), otherwise the games will not be on. My life management skills are utterly shit, yet I can say with a fair bit of certainty wether I can participate 24 hours in advance.

I think the easiest way to avoid this, is that we all agree to what Tero just said. When u put "in", it is in. If u cancel it we have right to cut your foreskin off. If u ain't got foreskin, we cut the whole dick off. If you don't have a dick then you have serious other problems also. So if you put "in" you are in and cannot change it!

Just to expand my reasoning:
Because I work evenings as well, I have marked myself as unavailable for every Tuesday at work. I have agreed on a set number of shifts, so it means that on some weeks I have to work on the weekends or other free days for others to fullfill my work schedule (instead of working on a tuesday). If I cannot trust that we will play on most weeks, I will have to stop asking for Tuesdays to be free, which then affects the amount of players etc...
